Before we speak tech to you and bring forth a lot of flashy acronyms, let us tell you a little bit about our customer service philosophy.

We believe in:

  1. Explaining to you exactly what’s going on and what we’re doing in simple, non-technical language.
  2. Being very transparent upfront about how much you’re paying and what your money is getting you.
  3. Trying to make your day a little better, even if your computer just caught on fire.

Adhering to this philosophy as gotten us a lot of enthusiastic testimonials. We’d love to make you as happy about your technology as we’ve made our other clients.

Q: What if I don’t know what I need?
A: That’s completely ok! After all, a doctor doesn’t make you diagnose your own illness when you go to see him, does he? Just tell us as much as you can about where it hurts, and we’ll go from there.

Q: Is my problem as bad as I think it is?
A: Probably not! We understand that your problems look big and scary right now, but chances are there’s a simple fix. That’s what we’re here for.

Q: This is going to be really expensive, isn’t it? I don’t think I can afford help.
A: “IT Guys” have the reputation of being very expensive and not providing much benefit. That’s not us. We do great work at a price you can afford. If you need a lot of work done, we’ll break the project down into discrete steps that you can pay for as you’re able to. And we’ll never, never go over our estimates without asking you first.

Q: Do you need all of my passwords and stuff? I don’t think I know them.
A: We will probably need your usernames and passwords for some things. If you don’t know them, that’s ok – we’ll either tell you how to get them, or we’ll find them ourselves. And after we’re done, we’ll show you how to change your passwords for maximum security.

Q: What kind of guarantee do you give on your work?
A: We have a number of testimonials from people who have used our services and loved them. All of our work comes with this guarantee: If we say we can do something and we can’t, you’ll get your money back, no questions asked – no matter how much time we’ve spent on it. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong because of what we’ve done, we’ll fix it, free of charge.

Q: How do you know how to do all this? That’s way too much for one person.
A: Simple: There are three of us! Charlotte specializes in coaching, supporting third-party software like AWeber, and desktop/network troubleshooting. James does all our coding (makes Wordpress widgets and other cool stuff), and Greg is our Server Guru. Added together, we have over 35 years of IT experience. That’s a lot of time logged behind a computer!
