Coaching is all about you!

When you give us a call, we’ll answer all your questions clearly, in non-technical language. We’ll tell you what you need to know – not what we think you want to hear. And we’ll generally have an awesome time getting you and your tech stuff un-stuck!

You’ll also get a recording of our call so that you can refer to it later if you need to, and we’ll follow up a couple of days later via email to make sure you’re ok.

Help with what?

If you don’t know what you need yet, that’s ok too. Here are some things we can help with:

FAQ:

Will you answer any question I ask? – Absolutely. When Charlotte emails you to schedule a time to talk, she’ll ask what’s on your mind so she can prepare a bit. But if there’s time left over in a session, you can ask any other questions you may have thought of.

Will you need my passwords and stuff? – Maybe. If you want us to log into your accounts and show you how to do something, we’ll probably need the password. But we won’t keep anything on file. And we’ll show you how to change your passwords so that everything remains entirely secure.

Can I buy a session for someone else? – Yes! After you’ve gone through the PayPal checkout, just send us an email letting us know who the session is for. We’ll get in touch with them to schedule a session.

Do I have to use a 3-hour or a 5-hour block all at once? – No, not at all! We can split the block into increments. Buy now to get a great discount, and then use the time as you need it in the future.

What if I buy a couple of sessions and can’t use them? Like, if I get run over by a bus? – We’ll refund your money, of course. You’ll get your money back for any unused sessions, no questions asked. (Or, if you want to hold onto the sessions but defer them till later, that’s totally ok too.)

What if you can’t help me? – In the unlikely event that you buy a session and we can’t help you, we’ll do everything possible to make it right. We’ll direct you to someone we know who can help, and you’ll get your money back.

Do you have a lot of experience doing this? - In her corporate life, Charlotte was a technical trainer for large banks and corporations. She’s been showing people how to use technology for almost 10 years, and can explain almost anything to anyone.

What other guarantees do you offer? - We guarantee that all of our sessions will:
