Who We Are
When's the last time you felt this way about technology?
inspirIT was started with one goal in mind: to do the work we love to do with and for the people we admire.
This page tells you a little about the people and history behind inspirIT. Why not contact us to tell you a little about yourself and your business? We’ll show you how we can help.
Charlotte got her first computer at the age of 11, back in the days when Windows 3.1 was the latest and greatest in computer operating systems. She immediately fell in love with the dull grey graphical user interface and has never looked back since.
After about 9 years in the IT field, working first with several Web 2.0 start-ups and then later for a ginormous financial house, she decided to break away to start her own firm – one that would leverage everything she loves about technology to serve creative, motivated, talented people who are doing awesome stuff on the web.
Charlotte’s greatest skills lie in technical project management, business forecasting and analysis, desktop and network troubleshooting, and customer support. She loves to travel, and has lived in Houston, Dallas, New York City, London, and Moscow. Her other passions include philosophy, fiction writing, and doing things she’s never done before. You can follow her on Twitter at @acbowen.
Greg has an accumulated 20 years of expertise in IT operations and systems automation. He contributes to projects requiring ongoing server availability, performance management and reporting, specialized application integrations, and infrastructure maintenance. A Chicago native (and pizza fanatic), he now lives in Raleigh, North Carolina. Greg is passionate about philosophy and is enthusiastically pursuing a life of self-knowledge and personal freedom. This pursuit has led him to focus his future on the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution as a private mediator, where he hopes to repurpose his analytical talent to addressing the problem of conflict in human relationships.
James is suspected to be a wizard in the dark arts of web development. He can be found at inspirIT working his magic most especially in web programming and administration. When not performing incantations in PHP, James inhabits the real world in Highlands Ranch, Colorado in search of a bicycle and his voice.
